What size office spaces do you offer?
Our office spaces range in size from 75 sq ft to 575 sq ft. Please review our Space Available page for current openings.
Are tours available by appointment only?
Yes. We ask you to please make an appointment.
What is included in the rent?
Our leases are all-inclusive. You simply pay one monthly fee and we handle the electric, open WIFI and water.
Is parking available on-site or nearby?
On-street parking is available through metered services. You’ll also have the ability to rent a monthly parking space in one of four parking garages in the near vicinity.
What lease terms are offered (length, renewal options)?
All leases offered are for a 12-month term with annual renewals.
Is the space suitable for legal practices?
Yes. As a matter of fact, you’ll find plenty of other legal professionals in the building already.
What utilities or services are tenants responsible for?
None. Our leases are all-inclusive.
Is there a designated mailing address?
Yes. There is a mailbox outside the building. Just take your executed lease to the Post Office that is just across the street to get your box assigned and receive a key.
Are there common areas or shared amenities?
The building has a main waiting hall, and all tenants have access to the conference room (subject to availability). We also offer a shared breakroom and kitchenette. Restroom facilities are on each floor and shared between all of the tenants.
Is Wi-Fi and telecom infrastructure already installed?
Wi-Fi and Telecom are already at the building. Open Wi-Fi is included. If you wish to have your own services, some of our tenants have procured these services through Spectrum Internet.
